How do I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order any time prior to its delivery.
- Customers (Education Center Client) can contact Praveen Singh directly to know the status of order fulfillment 24×7 by a single Email/Calls/WhatsApp message.
- Just make a Direct phone call to cancel your order.
- In case your order has been placed and our team starts working on it, we may take your cancellation request and we will refund your advance (if any) immediately. As we really want to assist you in your business we will not charge you and the amount (Advance if any) will be refunded to you.
How long will it take to process a cancellation request?
"Once we receive a cancellation request, we will immediately take action and cancel the order. Customer will get notification of cancellation by Email / Message / WhatsApp or on the same Call."
After completing the cancellation process money will be transferred back to the source of the transaction, while we process the refund immediately and notify your bank, it usually takes up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and the same to reflect in your account. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.
Why did Praveen Singh cancel my order?
Your order can be canceled due to any of the below reasons:
- Technical issues related to pricing information.
- Payment problem identified while Advance Payment (if any).
- Non-availability of the service (if any changes made in the category of services which has already informed by suitable medium).
Note: We will contact you if all or a part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
How will I know that my order is canceled?
You shall receive an SMS/WhatsApp/DirectCall/e-mail once the order is canceled. You can also check the Cancellation status by contacting us . Usually, it takes up to 1 day to process the cancellation.
I want to return a faulty/damaged product, how do I proceed?
Please follow the below-mentioned steps:
As our respected customers are already informed that we delete all Soft Copies from our records after receipt of successful payment against our Praveen Singh Invoice. It is your duty to arrange a complete proofreading work by subject experts.
- Take a print our and mark all the errors and email us the images(screenshots) with soft copy (Document).
- Explain the exact detail of the errors that you observed in the project.
- As you already know Payment Term is ex-delivery and you take sufficient time for proofreading the complaint and the images should be sent to us. Failing to do so, we will not be able to serve the claim for you.
- If necessary, we will arrange a rework of the product and will be absolutely free of cost. For this, we will request you to provide us sufficient time.
- Once the product reaches us, we will start the required process requested by the customer.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support, which are:
- If the return request is made very late.
- Praveen Singh return policies(ReWork) implied only where the product has a defect.
We do not accept returns in case of the wrong selection made by customers.
How will I get a refund for the order I canceled or returned?
- Once the resolution is set for a refund, we will soon move ahead with the refund.
- Refund will be done by the same method we received the payment in. In exceptions, we may ask you for the account details.
I've still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, then rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
